Susan Den Herder of Freshly Pressed is a wife, mom and designer living in Falls Church, VA. In 2008 she started Freshly Pressed, a collection of letterpress stationery products inspired by a love of color, texture and pattern and meticulously hand crafted on an antique press. The letterpress process is a 500-year-old printing method in which a raised, inked surface is pressed into the paper leaving an impression you can see and feel. Each piece of stationery from Freshly Pressed is hand printed on cotton paper with an antique press and then styled with one of a kind packaging.
